At Soleva, we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. We partner directly with trusted U.S.-based fulfillment centers and carriers to give you fast delivery and reliable tracking from the moment your order ships.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 business day.
Once processed, your package is handed off to our fulfillment partner for shipping.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Times
Most Soleva orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse using carriers such as USPS comparable services managed by our fulfillment partner.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
-Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
-Expedited or special methods (when available): timing will be shown at checkout
These delivery estimates are based on carrier information provided by our fulfillment partner. Actual transit times can vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Costs
Your shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on order value.
-Free Shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders when available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.
If your tracking shows “Pre-Shipment” or “Label Created,” it means your package has been handed off but is waiting for the carrier’s first scan.

Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Soleva is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:
-Incorrect or incomplete addresses
-Unclaimed packages
-Carrier redelivery attempts
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed, we recommend checking the tracking link first.
For packages stuck beyond 10 business days, reach out to us and we’ll assist with investigation steps based on our carrier’s policy.
Lost packages are handled in accordance with our fulfillment partner carrier rules and may require a brief verification process.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it quickly.
